This position will support Service Fusion, a leading field service management software that empowers field service businesses to streamline operations, optimize scheduling, and enhance customer communication. 

About the Role 

The Copywriter for EverPro’s Service Fusion product is a critical role within the marketing team, responsible for crafting compelling and effective copy across a variety of channels to drive engagement, generate leads, and support the growth of the Service Fusion product. This individual will be a key contributor to developing and executing the content strategy, working closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the field service industry, Service Fusion’s target audience, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive messaging. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute engaging and effective copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, social and paid media, digital assets, video, sales collateral, and more. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing teammates to develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with product releases, marketing campaigns, and overall business goals. 
  • Research and understand the field service industry, competitive landscape, and Service Fusion’s target audience to create highly relevant and impactful content. 
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging pillars for product, acquisition, and customer marketing. 
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience to maximize reach and engagement. 
  • Manage relationships with external content vendors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. 
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content creation. 
  • Contribute to the development of core messaging pillars for product, acquisition, and customer marketing growth and priority initiatives. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in copywriting and content marketing. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably with a focus on B2B SaaS or technology. 

  • Familiarity with the field service industry is a strong advantage. 

  • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing channels. 

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. 

  • Experience managing content strategies and working with external vendors. 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. 

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. 

 

Where

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.

This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada, so if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation

  • The target base compensation for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
