What you will do:
- Based anywhere in North America, you will coordinate flights, transport, and lodging for employees and contractors, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and policy compliance
- Oversee long-term leased accommodations, ensuring suitability, tracking utilization, managing handovers, and handling vendor payments
- Maintain crew databases, coordinate with Human Resource & HSE for documentation, and allocate skilled personnel to projects while addressing contractors scheduling concerns
- Act as the primary contact for project accreditation requirements and collaborate with internal teams to resource projects effectively
- Monitor travel and accommodation expenses, process payments, handle invoicing, and resolve payment-related queries efficiently
- Serve as the main point of contact for travelers, contractors, and internal teams, promptly addressing scheduling, accreditation, and travel-related concerns
We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience in travel coordination, administration, or any related field
- Experience with booking platforms, travel agencies, and able to perform with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in travel management software, booking platforms, and Microsoft office tools
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as stakeholders’ management experience
- Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, negotiate with vendors effectively, and able to travel up to 50% of the time
