We are currently looking for an Events Marketing Manager for our office in Brazil. (Maternity Leave Replacement - 6 Months)
Cognyte is seeking an experienced and dynamic Events Marketing Manager to join our team for a 6-month period, covering a maternity leave. This role is crucial to driving our events strategy and ensuring seamless execution of industry tradeshows, partner events, workshops, and regional user meetings.
As a Cognyter you will:
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute small to large events, including industry tradeshows, workshops, and regional user meetings.
- Oversee pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing activities.
- Manage events logistics such as venue selection, budgeting, registration, shipping and on site coordination.
- Partner with internal stakeholders from sales, marketing and product groups to execute successful events.
- Collaborate with partners to deliver joint events.
Marketing Support
- Develop promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
- Manage event communications, including email campaigns, social media, and follow-ups.
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
- Collect, manage, and analyze event leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
Requirements
For that mission you’ll need:
- Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
