Summary: The Events Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile events that connect our brand with influencers and key stakeholders. The right candidate will have a passion for beauty, love curating unforgettable experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an annual events calendar aligned with Huda Beauty goals and marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for influencer-driven events that elevate brand awareness and product engagement.
  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, budget management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution in partnership with the agency.
  • Curate personalized, on-brand experiences tailored to the beauty community and influencer partners.
  • Ensure seamless integration of brand messaging throughout all touch points.
  • Track and measure event performance, including ROI, influencer reach, and attendee feedback.
  • Prepare detailed post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Develop and implement regional influencer strategy and approach for Huda Beauty.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure that brand equity and storytelling are consistent, while developing and modifying plans based on regional needs. Strong collaboration with other departments (Brand, Agencies, E-commerce) to drive overall business needs and keeping teams up to speed on support that can be expected.
  • Set strong KPIs, measure effectiveness and track learnings for all influencer campaigns leveraging analytical tools when needed. Conduct research and track influencer initiatives. Update dashboards and deliverables; issue monthly reports on influencer performance.
  • Plan & execute all launch events inclusive of venues, invite lists, production, content contracts, and alignment with global. Partner with Global teams as needed for alignment and support.
  • Work in partnership with Global Marketing/Social to scale and evolve our influencer seeding strategy. Partner with Global on beauty seeding strategy and execution + fulfilment of influencer product needs.
  • Stay on top of pop culture, social media, influencer trends, as well as emerging technologies and social media platforms and platform updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in the beauty or fashion industries. Agency experience welcome but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns in the beauty or fragrance space and existing relationships with influencers or talent managers.
  • Passion for building relationships and connecting with people.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience developing, executing and refining social and influencer strategies.
  • Obsessed with pop culture, social media, and a natural story-teller.
  • Passionate about beauty with an intense desire to learn and explore ways to innovate in those areas.
  • Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment.
  • Creative thinker to help drive exciting, disruptive content and campaigns promoting brand growth.
  • Has a ‘no task too small’ attitude.
