The Events Coordinator is responsible for strategizing, planning, and execution of all company-wide events and engagement.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and executing all details of an ALKU event, including, but not limited
    to:
    • Venue research and selection
    • Food & Beverage selection
    • Managing event registration
    • Transportation
    • Signage
  • Works closely with the rest of the Marketing Team to ensure all aspects of an event follow
    brand guidelines and company goals.
  • Works closely with ALKU’s Revenue teams to plan and execute Client and Consultant events and maximize engagement.
  • Works closely with various Corporate teams to support additional event needs.
  • Responsible for day-of event logistics and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for the management of ALKU’s event platform.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
