Additionally, this role involves occasional travel, approximately once per quarter, to attend trade shows.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and coordinate event logistics, including registration, documentation, stakeholder communication, and attendee travel arrangements.
- Work in office 1-3 times a week as needed to manage event materials and inventory, including packing, shipping, cleaning and maintaining, and proactively identifying and ordering additional materials for booths and staff.
- Serve as primary contact for vendors and venues, managing asset portals, communicating asset needs to the Event Manager, coordinating material shipments, and ensuring contracts and timelines are met.
- Utilize and maintain event management tools, including ClickUp, Salesforce, and Notion, to track tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Enablement team, ensuring first-time travelers and internal teams are trained on event-specific best practices, lead management processes, and other event-specific tools.

- On occasion, facilitate event kickoffs, retrospectives, and feedback collection, ensuring continuous process improvements and stronger event execution.
- Travel to trade shows approximately once per quarter.
What You’ll Bring

- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Experience with travel and lodging booking and a solid understanding of travel and lodging regulations and compliance.
- Be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Tech-savviness using tools like G-Suite, ClickUp, Salesforce, or Notion
- Effective written and interpersonal communication, collaborating seamlessly with teams, vendors, and partners
- A goal-driven mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive success.
- Adaptivity and creativity, ready to tackle challenges and find solutions on the fly.
