Fuse offers a hybrid working environment. Fuse employees are welcome to work remotely 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday) and work in the Winooski, Vermont headquarters on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to collaborate with coworkers and clients. At this time we are only interviewing candidates based in or willing to relocate to Vermont.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Event / Experiential Marketing professional to coordinate the planning and management of Experiential Marketing activities. Fuse’s event team coordinates activations from conception to execution, with client communication, logistical master-minding, and boots on-the ground presence overseeing and bringing concepts to life at large-scale events across the country.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated and cohesive event marketing concepts for Fuse clients
- Event program development
- Project management including managing budgets & invoices
- On-site event management
- Mobile marketing vehicle management
- Management of marketing materials and equipment
- Recruiting, sourcing and overseeing the work of field staff, vendors and independent contractors
- Staying up to date on current event marketing trends and tactics to inform strategy and effectively achieve client goals
Successful candidates will have the following skills & qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of event / experiential marketing experience
- Experience in project management, planning and execution
- Proficiency in all MS Office programs
- Ability to deliver professional, error-free business documents and project reports
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions when presented with unplanned challenges
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of the agency process and the agency/client relationship
- A strong attention to detail, self-starter mentality and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business on weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert physical effort for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of DOT commercial vehicle regulations is a plus
- A passion for sports, culture, art, music is a huge plus!
The salary range for this role is $60k-$85k depending on relevant experience, plus a generous benefits package.
