Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Event Manager with a background in Financial/Professional Services to join our CIB Event Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to strategically position and execute events that drive business development and client relationships.
As an Event Manager in the CIB Event Marketing team, you will partner with business stakeholders to deliver key conferences and events across the EMEA region, supporting our Payments business. You will play a crucial role in enhancing client engagement and contributing to revenue growth.
Job responsibilities

  • Organize client-facing business events from concept to completion
  • Act as the sole planner or collaborate with team members on larger events
  • Manage budgets and negotiate costs with suppliers
  • Instruct and manage internal and external vendors to maintain quality standards
  • Apply complex internal processes and controls to adhere to company policies
  • Execute quality output under tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic priorities


Required qualifications, capabilities and Skills

  • Relevant experience in event management or marketing in a global Financial/Professional Services environment
  • Strong analysis and project management skills
  • Experience in delivering 3rd party industry conferences
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and high integrity
  • Comfortable with technology and different systems
