Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced EUC Operations Analyst to join our End User Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the operations of end-user computing environments, ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services and support to end-users. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience and maintain optimal performance of hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EUC strategies, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and optimize EUC infrastructure, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance tuning
- Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards for end-user devices
- Develop and maintain documentation for EUC configurations, processes, and procedures
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of EUC environments to identify and address potential issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users, ensuring a positive user experience
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in end-user computing support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as mobile device management (MDM) solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Citrix
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks
- Understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting
