Job Summary
Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando incorporar Especialista de Nómina- IMSS ubicado en Guadalajara site Norte.
Reportando al Supervisor de Nómina, el Especialista de Nómina-IMSS es responsable de coordinar diversas actividades relacionadas con la compensación para garantizar que la nómina de la organización se procese con precisión y a tiempo.
Como es un día en el trabajo:
- Movimientos de alta, baja y modificaciones de salario.
- Cálculo de pagos de Seguro social e Infonavit
- Cálculo de pago de Fonacot
- Cálculo de pago de ISN
- Cálculo de variables para modificaciones de Seguro social.
- Captura en Sistema de nómina de incapacidades, créditos Infonavit, créditos Fonacot
- Preparación de información para Auditoría interna y externa, información de Dictamen.
- Aclaración de requerimientos de IMSS e INFONAVIT.

Registro correcto de incidencias en la nomina.
La experiencia que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo:
- Licenciatura, ingeniería o experiencia relacionada.
- Experiencia Jr o Mid en una posición similar.
- Excel Avanzado.
- Conocimientos con movimientos en el IMSS y pagos en FONACOT.
- Experiencia con Nominas superiores a 500 empleados.
- ERP de nóminas.
- Manejo de SUA e IDSE.
- Inglés Básico.
