Job Description

• Leverage Japanese and English bilingual expertise for seamless project communication.
• Participate in requirement-gathering workshops and document findings.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of all project deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to support project activities.
• Facilitate data-related tasks, testing, and system integration efforts with guidance from technical experts.
• Provide training, end-user support, and create project documentation.
• Assist in developing reports and dashboards to support business needs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support system go-live activities.

• 要件収集ワークショップに参加し、結果を文書化する。
• すべてのプロジェクト成果物を適時かつ高品質で提供する。
• 技術・非技術チームと協力し、プロジェクト活動をサポートする。
• 技術専門家の指導のもと、データ関連のタスク、テスト、システム統合作業を促進する。
• トレーニングの提供、エンドユーザーサポート、プロジェクト文書の作成を行う。
• ビジネスニーズをサポートするレポートおよびダッシュボードの作成を支援する。
• ユーザー受入テスト（UAT）を実施し、システムの本稼働活動を支援する。

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Japanese (business-level or higher) and English (fluent communication).
• 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst or consultant in any domain.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in system implementation, configuration, or similar technical roles.
• Familiarity with ERP SCM modules (e.g., SAP Production Planning, SAP Quality Management, or SAP Materials Management).
• Experience with Dealer Management applications like MS Dynamics CADIA.
• Knowledge of Cloud ERP systems and data management.
• Previous involvement in ERP/CRM system upgrades, enhancements, or development projects.

• MS Dynamics CADIAなどのディーラーマネジメントアプリケーションの経験。
• クラウドERPシステムやデータ管理の知識。
• ERP/CRMシステムのアップグレード、機能強化、開発プロジェクトへの参加経験。
