The ERP programme manager will be responsible for delivering a strategic and complex programme that will transform the way our business operates and supports its employees and clients. You will be programme managing a team of people and partners to design and configure the new Microsoft Dynamics based ERP solution, migrating data and processes from the legacy system, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption by the full business and the handover to support for ongoing management.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract position.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and manage the programme scope, objectives, budget, timeline, and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain effective governance, communication, and stakeholder management processes.
- Lead and coordinate the programme team, including internal and external resources, vendors, and consultants.
- Manage our two primary vendors – Microsoft and Infinity
- Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of the new ERP solution using your expertise of business process, ensuring alignment with the business requirements and best practices.
- Manage the data migration, integration, and security aspects of the programme.
- Plan and execute the change management, training, and support activities to ensure a successful adoption and benefits realisation.
- Monitor and control the programme performance, risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Report on the programme status, progress, and outcomes to the senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Manage programme resource, including vendors
- A proven track record of delivering ERP programmes in professional services environments on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- A solid understanding of ERP systems, processes, and best practices, preferably with exposure to different ERP vendors and platforms.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics, particularly Project Operations and Business Central
- A strong knowledge of the professional services industry, including its business models, operations, and challenges.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and support senior stakeholders, manage vendors, and lead teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and complexity.
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering value and benefits.

We offer a highly competitive salary (£85,000 - £95,000) and our generous benefits package includes Life Assurance, Income Protection, pension contributions and 30 days holiday (not including bank holidays). We also operate a profit share bonus which is based on company performance and typically paid out in March and September.
