  • Configure and customize the ERP system, to enhance and improve functionality, while ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Manage complex projects, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, resources and timeline management, progress monitoring etc.
  • Implement integration solutions with relevant information systems or 3rd
  • Bring high quality ERP solutions to streamline Financial and operational data processes to support company growth and global footprint.
  • Work closely with Digital BRMs to understand the stakeholders’ business processes and requirements
  • Work closely with data engineers and BI to reflect the ERP data module to ensure quality analytics
  • 2nd tier helpdesk ERP support. Provide technical support and training to end-users and meet the group SLA
  • Provide supportive documentation for training and change-controls.
  • ERP system maintenance, including system upgrades
  • Stay updated with ERP trends and emerging technologies to drive system improvements


What you have:

  • Sc. At Information Systems (or Industrial Engineering, IS specialize)
  • Proven hands-on experience in PRIORITY ERP implementation and project management - Minimum of 3 years
  • Experience in ERP system upgrades, including system testing and validation
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Finance background or good knowledge of accounting and FP&A work methodologies – big advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Service oriented
  • Excellent English
  • Experience in global companies and global ERP implementations
  • Experience in medical devices company and regulatory environment - advantage
  • Able to prioritize and multitask
  • Quick learner
  • Programing skills – advantage
