About This Job
As an ERP FICO Consultant, you will specialize in implementing and supporting ERP financial and controlling modules, enabling organizations to streamline and optimize their financial processes. This role requires technical expertise combined with a strong understanding of financial operations and client business requirements. Fluency in Japanese and English is critical for effective collaboration and communication in this position.

What You’ll Do
- Facilitate the implementation and support of Rootstock ERP Financials, including:
- Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month-End Close, Overhead Assessment, and Settlement.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Offer consulting services for new implementations and support projects.
- Act as a liaison between business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed.
- Work independently and mentor junior team members.

業務内容
Rootstock ERP Financialsの導入およびサポートを担当し、以下の業務を遂行します：
- コストセンター会計、プロフィットセンター会計、製品原価計算、収益性分析
- 未確定コスト、月次決算、間接費配賦、決済プロセスの管理
- 複雑なビジネスプロセス要件の詳細な分析と、適切なシステムソリューションの提供
- 顧客の要件を特定・解釈し、検証・文書化
- 新規導入およびサポートプロジェクトのコンサルティング業務
- 業務部門と技術チームの橋渡し役としての役割を果たす
- 必要に応じたトレーニングの提供およびユーザーサポート
- 独立して業務を遂行し、ジュニアメンバーの指導を行う
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Japanese and English (business-level fluency).
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Finance Module in Rootstock Cloud ERP.
- SAP FICO.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Dealer Management application experience (e.g., MS Dynamics CAD).
- Experience in the following SAP functions:
- General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, or Project Systems.
- Familiarity with system implementation, configuration, or similar technical roles.
- MBA in Finance or a related degree.
- Experience in full-cycle ERP implementation and support projects.
