Context/Role

The FINANCE INFORMATION SYSTEMS department of the Edenred group, attached to the finance department, includes the ERP and EPM divisions.

The ERP division is responsible for the management of the Group's financial applications/ software (Accounting, Consolidation, Reporting systems, etc.) Within the ERP pole there is a team in charge of deploying the ERP, called SAXO, within Edenred subsidiaries.

The main challenge for the Business Analyst will be to understand the business, Edenred processes and its accounting to define it into a multitude of requests within the SAXO solution, lead enhancement from the beginning until the prod delivery.

Position scope and key responsibilities

You will join the enhancement team and you will perform as an ERP Business Analyst for EMEA & APAC zones.

As per the role, you will have to:

• Lead the ticket analysis and do the study of the enhancement
• Request information to the country when needed
• Lead and conduct meeting with business unit to confirm the need & Prepare and send the minutes meetings
• Prepare ticket for TMA and assist them when needed
• Collaborate with Saxo ecosystem: BPO, Consolidation, Accounting Director, Finance Transformation Director, CFO, ERP Manager, EPM Manager, Project Managers etc.
• Produce or update functional detailed design
• Produce or update test scenarios
• Manage enhancement on various financial modules: AR, AP, GL, FA, PO
• Realize the full life cycle of an enhancement when needed:
  • Analysis
  • Scope validation
  • CAB validation
  • Design
  • Setup documentation and manage the setup.
  • Specifications
  • Executing unit and integration tests and non-regression testing
  • Test scenarios and data sets
  • Managing data conversion “Dry Run” & “Go-Live” execution and support
  • Warranty
  • Prod release
  • Transfer to support
• Deliver training to the users
• Participate and assist the country during to user acceptance tests period of the enhancement
• Prepare the enhancement prod release
• Do the warranty after the prod release
• Prepare and conduct the enhancement transfer to support
• Update Confluence.

Required skills & profile

Experience:

• Frontend: Oracle EBusiness Suite, Accounting Skills

• Backend: Office 365, JIRA

• University degree in computer science
• 5+ years of experience working in software Oracle EBusiness Suite
• Mainly work on OEBS Finance Modules: AP, AR, GL and FA
• capable to make the entire enhancement process (all phases from analysis until the prod release)
• Azure Cloud and DevOps
• Information system knowledge
• Elsy RB knowledge is appreciated.

Nice to have: Confluence will be a ‘plus’

Languages:

• Fluent English, French will be a Nice to Have

Soft Skills:

• Team player, always eager to learn new things and apply best practices
• Problem solving with logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Dynamic and self-motivated, the role requires a high degree of interaction with senior project stakeholders, finance team and IT support team, so a strong team player, good inter-personal and communication skills will be essential.
