Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues in manufacturing equipment.
- Dismantle, repair, adjust, and reassemble machinery according to technical specifications.
- Use diagnostic and test equipment to inspect and verify machine functionality.
- Perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
- Set up and verify process equipment/machines from start-up to production release.
- Assist engineers in setting up manufacturing production lines and preparing process documents.
- Conduct equipment training for production staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime.
- Collect and analyze equipment performance data; prepare reports following engineers' and management instructions.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by managers or supervisors as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or shifts if necessary.
