Job Description:
Ipsen is an international biopharmaceutical group committed to researching, developing, and commercializing innovative therapeutic solutions. As part of a major transformation, we are launching an initiative to replace our current Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) landscape with next-generation systems to optimize our financial and decision-making processes.
The EPM Senior Project Manager will play a key role in selecting, designing, and implementing Ipsen’s new EPM landscape. Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, he/she will work autonomously to ensure the success of this transformation in collaboration with Finance teams at global, divisional, and local levels.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the selection of the new EPM solution (financial planning, management reporting, financial consolidation, BI/Analytics).
- Structure the EPM initiative by setting up appropriate project teams.
- Design and standardize new EPM systems in partnership with Finance Directors and FP&A/Controlling teams.
- Oversee the implementation of new tools (development, testing, training, deployment).
- Support change management through communication and training initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Define and implement an effective governance model for managing new EPM systems.
- Ensure that the new EPM solutions align with Ipsen’s strategic and operational objectives.
- Contribute to the transformation of FP&A processes for greater simplicity, standardization, and agility.
Profile
- Degree from a business school or equivalent in Finance, Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in FP&A and EPM projects.
- Proven experience in managing EPM implementation projects.
- Experience in consulting on EPM strategy, design, and implementation.
- Experience in FP&A/Controlling within a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of major EPM tools available on the market.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset (either in consulting or in FP&A/Controlling).
