About the Position

We are now hiring a well-rounded Marketing Manager with strong skills in creative services, including copywriting, graphic design, and videos. Given the nature of our products, it will be beneficial to have experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), especially with over-the-counter healthcare, wellness, or beauty products, although what is most important to us is that our new team member has a desire to be part of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team, with a willingness to work on a wide range of cross-departmental projects.  We need someone who can work autonomously and take ownership of all aspects of creative services, including print ads and social media assets. We do have agency resources to support paid digital media, however we are looking for our in-house manager to provide oversight of this function so knowledge and experience in digital media is important. This position will join a collaborative, small team and will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Director of Marketing with all aspects of executing Eosera’s marketing strategy
  • Graphics + Content - Support written communication projects, with creative content writing and proofreading creative copy. Create and oversee new product launch material development and design.
  • Coordinate - Oversee digital sales tool inventory, assets, and resources and project manage print and digital asset creation and management.
  • Web – Oversee agency resources to maintain websites, including reviewing data analytics and managing the brand, CMS, and inventory listings.
  • Email - Create content for branded email journeys with tracking, analytics and reporting
  • Social - Create and manage social media content across channels and participate in developing the social media strategy, including overseeing agency resources on content creation and posting
  • Sales - Support sales by managing CRM input and reporting dashboards, analyzing data and providing reporting to support overall sales direction and new marketing initiatives, including creating pitch decks and other types of collateral
  • Events - Organize and attend events and product exhibitions, trade shows, public relations and philanthropic events.
  • Analytics - Conduct market research, collect insights, and contribute input to strategic planning process.
  • Finances – Be mindful of the budget and manage resources with discretion; compile and distribute financial and statistical information as needed so we can track ROI.
  • Present - Be a brand ambassador for Eosera in a variety of settings, convey our message and work in true partnership with team members and all external stakeholders.
  • Participate in a wide range of marketing team activities as needed with a willingness to pitch in and do whatever needs to be done.

 Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including experience in digital marketing and creative services (copywriting and graphic design)
  • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth, entrepreneurial, small team environment where each member of the team is wearing many hats and participating in building the business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Apple products and services
  • Experience with email campaigns, CRMs, and marketing automation tools
  • Some experience with producing videos and video editing software
  • Experience with social and digital management and content creation, including creating and posting content and advertisements and managing analytics within budget
  • CPG product experience, especially over-the-counter healthcare, wellness, and/or beauty products is a plus
