Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribution for the achievement, maintenance and updating of certifications including product sustainability.
- Contribution to the definition, proposal and execution of eco-sustainable projects or work as a resource to manage eco-sustainable work packages integrated into other existing projects (typically process improvement or product development and evolution of production technologies/equipment in the direction of neutral/negative CO2 emission).
- Supports Sustainability Manager to calculate, analyze and monitor environmental sustainability.
- Contributes to analyze, propose and create circular economy opportunities for the waste, extending product and scrap life cycles.
- Contributes in auditing activities to ensure all measures are implemented and supporting departments to make necessary changes.
Education
Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering and experience in Environmental and Sustainability Management or similar.
Work Experience
0-1 years gained in Environmental Sustainability role field in industrial companies or consulting companies.
Additional/Position Specific Knowledge
Knowledge about sustainability certifications of product and process and monitoring and reporting.
LCA knowledge (Life Cycle Assessment) is a preferential condition.
Knowledge about HSE subjects and relevant certifications (ISO 50.001 – ISO 45.001 – ISO 14.001) is a preferential title.
Knowledge of English language.
Communication skills (ability to communicate at different professional levels and with people with diverse backgrounds).
Reliability and entrepreneurship.
