Entry Level Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers to promote the benefits of AT&T’s products and services in targeted markets, at events, and through other outreach efforts.
  • Build and develop internal sales teams by recruiting, training, motivating, and mentoring team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with management and AT&T executives to understand business objectives and create effective sales and marketing strategies to support growth.
  • Leverage marketing and promotional materials to enroll quality customers and ensure repeat business.
  • Analyze campaign data, set sales goals, and forecast market trends to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead and participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and deepen product knowledge across the team.

Entry Level Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong work ethic, competitive spirit, and a passion for advancing into leadership roles.
  • Highly motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and training sessions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
