The Role

We are a rapidly expanding promotional marketing and professional fundraising company, specializing in community awareness programs for our clients. Our unique approach focuses on organizing on-site events for federally registered 501C3 charities. We aim to increase exposure, brand awareness, and revenue for our clients, using creative promotional strategies.

Position Overview: growing team. This position offers a hands-on, cross-training opportunity in various aspects of marketing, sales, promotions, customer service, and client relations. As part of our expansion, you’ll have the opportunity to grow quickly within the company, with the potential to transition into management roles within 6 months to a year.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent our clients at on-site promotional marketing events, including community festivals, concerts, and local retail partnerships.
  • Engage with customers and the community to raise awareness of our clients’ charitable missions and programs.
  • Assist in the setup and coordination of promotional events, including table/banner setups and larger events like street fairs and concerts.
  • Work closely with a mentor to learn the ins and outs of marketing, sales, promotions, customer service, and client relations.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive revenue growth through exceptional customer service and brand representation.
  • Develop knowledge of event planning and marketing strategies to ensure the success of each event.
  • Help manage logistics, materials, and staff during events to ensure smooth operations and high-quality experiences.
  • Show initiative and potential for leadership by taking on increasing responsibilities, including supervising small teams and overseeing events.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic field with a focus on promotions and marketing.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for community engagement and charitable causes.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain professionalism in diverse environments.
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or promotions is a plus, but not required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for event schedules.
