Your Role:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll:

  • Lead fundraising campaigns across downtown Calgary, connecting with people who want to make a difference.
  • Inspire donors by sharing powerful stories from the causes we support.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with donors who are eager to stay engaged and support their favorite causes.
  • Hit your goals and celebrate your wins—big or small, we’ll cheer you on every step of the way!
  • Use your creativity to develop innovative sales strategies and drive amazing results!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for helping others and making an impact on the world.
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to inspire and connect with people.
  • A full-time commitment (Monday to Friday, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm).
  • A Clean Criminal Record Check.
  • Experience in sales or fundraising is a bonus, but we’re looking for enthusiasm and drive!

What You’ll Receive:

  • Competitive pay: Daily per diem of $50, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses for successful donor sign-ups.
