Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed fundraising targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to coordinate and support various fundraising events, including outreach, setup, and on-site management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, donors, and community partners to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients in the fundraising sector.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and event outcomes. Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and results.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and donors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
