Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy (60%)
- Educate the public and advocate for our nonprofit partners.
- Oversee the creation, review, and execution of weekly donation plans.
- Assist in event planning, including manning event tables and leading donation campaigns.
- Engage in meaningful dialogue with the community to encourage donations and support.
Management Training (30%)
- Develop and implement engagement strategies that foster donor relationships and increase support.
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns alongside marketing and communications teams.
- Collaborate with clients to execute strategic campaigns and provide insights for event planning and donor management.
- Lead discussions on campaign strategies, donor lists, and audience management.
Personal Development (10%)
- Challenge yourself and grow alongside a supportive team.
- Learn how to communicate effectively with a variety of people and quickly build rapport.
- Push yourself to develop new skills and take on increasing responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Over 18 years old and able to work full-time.
- Enjoy working outdoors and engaging with people in various settings.
- Charismatic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in public speaking, sales, or customer relations is a plus.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-based role with measurable goals.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and events (valid driver’s license required).
- Candidates with a passion for advocacy and making an impact in social causes.

What We Do
Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in. Our team is responsible for both raising awareness to their potentially life-saving programs and providing the funds necessary to implement them.
