We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of various events that support our fundraising efforts and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant at Invictus, you will:

  • Assist in the coordination of fundraising events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Help with event setup and breakdown, and provide assistance during events to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain attendee lists, track event progress, and assist with event-related documentation to ensure smooth execution.
  • Help with social media promotion, email campaigns, and the preparation of marketing materials to drive engagement.
  • Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet event objectives and deliver outstanding results.
  • Help with event registration, guest check-ins, and ensure an excellent attendee experience throughout the event.

Requirements:

The ideal Entry-Level Event Assistant will have:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, clients, and event attendees.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for event marketing, fundraising, and community engagement is essential.
  • Ability to stay focused on details and proactively address issues as they arise during event planning and execution.
  • Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
