What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning and executing community and retail-based events.
- Educate and engage the public about nonprofit organizations and their missions.
- Manage event logistics, including setup and signage placement.
- Interact with event attendees, answer questions, and encourage participation.
- Track and report donation and engagement data.
- Collaborate with a driven team to achieve outreach goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for community engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel required).
- Experience in customer service, sales, or events is a plus but not required.

What We Do
Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in. Our team is responsible for both raising awareness to their potentially life-saving programs and providing the funds necessary to implement them.
