We’re looking for individuals like you to join our team as Community Outreach Associates. In this entry-level role, you will help drive brand visibility, foster public education, and strengthen community relationships through interactive marketing campaigns.
We work with a variety of local and national brands to create high-impact, face-to-face campaigns that build genuine connections and raise awareness. Whether you're a recent graduate or someone looking to transition into public relations, nonprofit outreach, or grassroots marketing, this is the perfect starting point for your career.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Represent client brands at community events, pop-ups, and outreach initiatives.

Engage with local residents to educate them about programs, services, and missions.

Plan and execute live events and promotional activations with guidance from experienced leaders.

Assist in event setup and breakdown, including booths, displays, and promotional materials.

Respond to public inquiries, address concerns, and foster a positive brand experience.

What We Do
Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in. Our team is responsible for both raising awareness to their potentially life-saving programs and providing the funds necessary to implement them. Now that our team has developed a reputation for representing our 501(C)3 clients with integrity and enthusiasm, our goal is to continue expanding our client’s reach. We understand that learning how to successfully run a business is no small task, and requires a solid foundation in both leadership and management.
