Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Relations Representative:
- Build relationships with our new and existing customers, provide insight, and answer questions, creating ultimate brand loyalty and customer retention during in-person meetings
- Utilize top-notch negotiation skills throughout the sales process, when needed, and upsell when applicable
- Support the sales team to help close any sales opportunities with new customers while bolstering revenue
- Educate oneself and become the expert in clients’ products and services to better inform customers of their features and benefits
- Ensure customer satisfaction is met to the highest level with each interaction
- Support the sales team to help close any sales opportunities, furthering the relationship while bolstering revenue
- Work with the rest of the Entry Level Client Relations Representative team
Qualifications and Experience we look for in an Entry Level Client Relations Representative:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, entry-level, or other related fields is highly preferred
- A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor with the client comes first attitude
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, surrounded by clients and other entry-level Client Relations Trainees
- Above-average communication skills
- Drive and ambition to surpass expectations and team goals
