Our company is looking to hire an Entry Level Business Management Associate who will work with our customers daily to ensure customer satisfaction and develop longevity in professional relationships while expanding our market territory. As we continue to grow, so does our need for a customer service, sales and management team members. Our Entry Level Business Management Associates are leading the way for customer service, sales, business development, and continued support for our clients and their customers.

Entry Level Business Management Associate Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of the entire sales process, from meeting with customers, listening to their desired needs, providing them with potential solutions, and closing the sale
  • Work with customers and engage with them on products and services our clients provide 
  • Build and maintain loyal and long-lasting professional relationships to expand customer rapport and potential new customer acquisitions 
  • Attend weekly sales team training to learn and understand our client product knowledge
  • Be able to meet or exceed our entry-level sales requirements and quotas to increase sales revenue
  • Work with a team of diverse individuals to expand knowledge on market research, and sales strategies and be able to apply the information within our local market
  • Develop coaching skills to take on leadership responsibilities and train other team members

Entry Level Business Management Associate Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service, sales or customer-facing role is preferred 
  • Negotiation and persuasive skills when working in a sales environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and individually
  • Ample communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office and when engaging with customers  
  • Strong desire to grow into a leadership position and take on more in your career
