Position Summary  

The Enterprise Training Manager is responsible for demonstrating the capabilities of RxSense technology solutions to internal employees, and RxSense Clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the development of technical training courses for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and coordinate product-related trainings, including presentations of new features and simulation activities in a demo environment. The role will identify, design, implement, track, evaluate, and monitor the training needs of new and existing employees, and RxSense Clients.

  • Responsible for keeping abreast with RxSense product enhancements. Updates new training curriculum to address any changes. 
  • Develops a high degree of knowledge about pharmacy claims and RxSense claims platforms.
  • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies/tools and context of usage.
  • Ability to learn new training skills and gain experience in areas including learning plans’ design, course curriculums, preparation, and presentation of materials.
  • Editorial skills should include demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.
  • Facilitates training modules, materials, and presentations that are specific to RxSense® products and services.
  • Provides coaching and offers constructive feedback to learners to promote learning development.
  • Ensures the technology is prepped and up to date, prior to all training sessions.
  • Maintains training calendars for RxSense products and services across the enterprise.
  • Actively pursue feedback to continuously improve training curriculum.
  • Regularly attends and actively participates in company meetings as requested.
  • Exhibits compliant and ethical behavior in the performance of job responsibilities, including complying with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, 
  • Assists efforts to continuously improve by assuming responsibility for identifying and bringing to the attention of responsible entities operations problems and/or inefficiencies. 
  • Demonstrates flexibility in areas such as job duties and schedule in order to aid in better serving our customer’s business and operational goals.

Education/Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in developing and deploying technology-related training or training support.
  • 2+ years of client relationship management.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to conduct trainings to all levels of the organization and with RxSense
  • Experience within the PBM industry, including the understanding of pharmacy benefit strategies

Salary Range: $66,000 - $98,000
