As an Enterprise Sales Lead, you will drive revenue growth by leveraging existing relationships and building new strategic partnerships within the hotel and hospitality industry. You will play a pivotal role in leading Flow’s enterprise sales efforts, targeting key players in the industry to deliver customized solutions that address their business needs. You will also have a strong portfolio of existing relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level hospitality companies.


The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aimed at building relationships with major players in the hospitality sector, including hotel chains, resorts, and industry associations
  • Utilize a deep network of industry contacts to fast-track business development opportunities
  • Identify, engage, and convert high-potential enterprise prospects in the hospitality industry
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction, ongoing engagement, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions to client needs and develop compelling value propositions
  • Track and report sales metrics regularly, providing forecasts, and delivering insight on pipeline progress and revenue performance
  • Lead contract negotiations with large enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with legal, financial, and operational standards of the company
  • Demonstrate ability to build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at the enterprise level
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an enterprise sales environment.

Ideal Background

  • Minimum of 5+ years in an enterprise sales or business development role, preferably within the hotel, hospitality, or a related service industry
  • MBA or advanced degree in business or marketing is a plus
  • Proficient in solution-based sales, contract negotiation, and value proposition development
  • Strong existing relationships within the hospitality sector
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry's needs and challenges, especially for large hotel chains and resorts
  • Experienced with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk Sell) and familiar with hotel technology solutions (e.g., property management systems)
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex solutions effectively to C-level executives.
  • Proven management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
