We are seeking an Enterprise Data Manager who is passionate about data and has a clear vision for using it to drive business success. This role will be key in shaping and executing our enterprise data strategy, designing data architecture, and establishing a data governance framework to ensure data is managed efficiently, securely, and in alignment with the company's digital transformation goals.
· Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive enterprise data strategy and a robust data architecture to support organization-wide data management.· Assist in establishing a data-driven culture where master data is inherently trusted in a multifaceted process that involves strategic planning, technology implementation, and cultural change.· Assess existing data practices and design a future data architecture that aligns with the company's business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.· Develop and maintain data models and standards for business applications including data quality checks, data profiling and cataloguing processes. · Establish and enforce robust data governance practices to ensure data integrity, high-quality, and compliance. · Define data audit controls and conduct regular data audits and reviews to ensure compliance with data governance policies.· Develop data awareness plans, conduct training sessions to educate employees on the importance of data quality and how to use data effectively.· Strategically manage and optimize data practices to data governance practices to support continuous improvement and efficiency. · Develop and implement processes to ensure the protection of sensitive data and information assets while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. · Evaluate innovations in data management and recommend technologies that align with our business needs. · At least 8 years of experience in data management, data architecture and data governance roles · Proven track record of leading data-related initiatives· Expertise with cloud platforms and modern data tools· A more comprehensive understanding of business data models and applications, including PLM, ERP, CRM, HRIS, manufacturing, and reporting systems.· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field· Certification in Data Management and Data Governance is preferred
