We are looking for an experienced Support Specialist to join the NeuroPace IT team. This individual will have base knowledge and functionality of an ERP and CRM (SFDC) to support operations for our Enterprise Applications team. As a Support Specialist, you will resolve complex software issues and respond to enhancement requests that help our people harness the full potential of our IFS ERP and SFDC CRM. Your work will be critical to driving customer satisfaction, as you provide efficient, accurate solutions that reflect a deep understanding of our customer needs and our enterprise systems. Your role will support the sustainability of our current processes while exploring and looking for business process improvements. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly resolve user support tickets and maintenance of existing workflows
  • Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions, providing insights to improve the efficiency and quality of our support services.
  • Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to stay current with our CRM/ERP developments and industry best practices.
  • Be responsible for user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
  • Design, develop, and manage reports and dashboards
  • Accountable for the completion of Salesforce (and related systems) configuration changes, including, but not limited to, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, workflows & automating business workflows using Flow, and interface support.
  • Responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining user training & associated materials
  • Identify and provide feedback to continuously improve the sales technology stack
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the accuracy of data and the integrity of the system. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer related studies (Information Systems, Data Analytics, etc.), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience supporting ERP or CRM software, with a preference for candidates with IFS or SFDC knowledge.
  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and QMS systems.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

$105K-$110K Base - Compensation will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to skill set, years of experience and geographic location.
