We are seeking an Enterprise Applications Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of Information system projects (Such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Etc.) . The successful candidate will possess information systems experience and a strong understanding of business processes, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors to define, analyze, research, and document business requirements and workflows.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements to improve processes, and defining processes with an external and internal implementation team.
- Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide guidance, support, coordination and follow-up on customers' questions and requests, and solve issues within business applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Technical PM/Project Manager in high-tech
- Experience in the domains of Salesforce and Netsuite (CRM Sales, Service and ERP)
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end crossed teams projects that might include integrations
- Proven experience in planning complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solver with the ability to articulate program issues and drive to resolution.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience working with Jira/confluence
- PMP certification is a plus
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Accountable and highly driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
