Meet the team:
•    The role of the RPA Support Developer is to support our existing automation implementations by performing root cause analysis, bug fixes, and enhancing automation workflows. The candidate should have development experience and experience working in a support capacity.

Where you come in: 
•    You will support the operational teams during the User Acceptance Testing and deployment phases   
•    You will support existing automated processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
•    You will perform root cause analysis to solve issues that arise with existing bots and ensure solutions are built, tested, and released that perform at a high level and ultimately resolve the core issues.
•    You will communicate with process owners and stakeholders in a proactive manner when an issue with a bot is detected, relaying expected time to resolution, and/or identifying any dependencies that may be causing the issue.
•    You will engage with the Business Analyst(s) to technically assess feasibility of automating new or existing manual processes with RPA.
•    You will collaborate closely with the project and program managers to ensure business needs are met.
•    You will utilize the Dexcom COE delivery methodology and complete the appropriate documentation for Process Design, Solution Design, Testing and Delivery.
•    You will commit to estimating, and delivering on work estimated, every sprint
•    You will ensure continuous education on Intelligent Automation capabilities so that technical knowledge is kept high and relevant.
•    You will identify and communicate the RPA technical infrastructure requirements as needed to IT and the RPA delivery team.
•    You will work within agile methodology planning constraints, communicate any identified risks and issues to the Solution Architect and provide inputs to the change control process.
•    You will update and document test procedures for development and configuration testing and scenarios prior to User Acceptance testing.
•    You will handle small development project to design and configure bots in the core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured and maintainable and easy to understand.

What makes you successful: 
•    Your Certified UiPath RPA Associate
•    Your additional UiPath RPA certifications a plus
•    Your at least 3-5 bot developments completed and delivered successfully
•    Your good interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication
•    Your proven experience delivering high quality solutions in high pressure, structured environments
•    You will work closely as a team member among other developers
•    Your self-starter and strong attention to detail
•    Your experience using Agile development methodology and how it applies to RPA solution delivery (JIRA + Confluence)

Experience and Education Requirements:
•    Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 2-5 years related experience or Master’s degree and 0-2 years’ equivalent experience.
