About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications, the Procure to Pay EAM is responsible for the implementation, configuration and management of Roku’s Procure to Pay platform, including banking systems.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished, technical business systems analyst with a deep business process understanding as it relates to Accounting & Procure to Pay. As a senior leader, you will be assigned significant responsibility and we will look to you to ensure the platform meets business, compliance, data security and integrity requirements in a rapidly growing and fast-paced company.

You are execution focused and would develop a reputation for repeatedly delivering projects on-time.

You will:

  • Lead Enterprise Financial Systems domain area, defining the business requirements and delivering solutions that automate end-to-end financial processes and support strategic initiatives. Accounting / AP / Procure-to-Pay / Vendor focus with ability to stretch into other areas.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, articulate use cases, and oversee the delivery of product experiences that drive business value and align with industry best practices.
  • Drive enterprise financial reporting and analytics solutions, aligning metrics, data, and processes across Finance & Accounting.
  • Work collaboratively with Accounting and Procurement teams to ensure the proper usage, compliance, data security and scalability of our Finance platform.
  • Work with stakeholders and Product Management to manage and prioritize user requests, document requirements, drive development and ensure successful delivery of projects aligned to timeline and budget.
  • Facilitate design discussions across finance, tech, product, and business teams to ensure the development of scalable end-to-end solutions and processes.
  • Overcommunicate to ensure transparency with stakeholders on scope, status and timing.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to automate capabilities, scale functionality, and maximize functional and technical capabilities to reduce manual process.
  • Lead integration of third-party systems, issue resolution and release management with vendors.


The ideal candidate is:

  • A seasoned Accounting & Procure to Pay expert with a minimum of 7 years of experience working on ERP Systems.
  • Experience in SAAS based applications like NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP systems (modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets).
  • Strong bias for action with ability to organize, communicate status, and timelines. We operate in a highly competitive market and speed to deliver is essential. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of anticipating and meeting ever increasing business demands.
  • Ability to determine functional needs and system requirements, prepare models and diagrams, analyze system and data to determine extent of problem
  • Technical with a BS in Computer Science or related technical degree (plus MBA is preferred).
