Mission: The Enterprise AI and Enablement team is dedicated to making a significant impact within the organization by leveraging AI. Our main mission is to accelerate top priority use cases to drive tangible value across the organization, including de-risking the use of AI for Swift. We focus on three pillars: Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, and Employee Productivity. We aim to drive change and manage change activities to ensure we get value out of our investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of AI-enabled tools, ensuring they align with Swift's goals and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to explore AI use cases based on their potential impact and fit within the organization.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to create solutions that address complex business challenges and contribute to positive outcomes.

  • Promote the use of AI tools and best practices across different business units, helping teams discover how AI can improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Act as an advocate for AI within the organization, sharing insights about the benefits and possibilities of AI technologies with internal and external stakeholders.
