What you’ll be doing:
· Management of the entire lifecycle of accounts from prospecting, acquisition, retention and growth
· Management of complex sales cycles utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
· Management of an internal cross functional team to support the franchise
· Preparation and execution of territory and account strategy
· Consitent Pipeline Generation and CRM Hygeine
· Traveling (25%) to customer and prospect visits as well as industy events
· Positioning our product adventagouesly to Financial Services including Indepenedent Mortgage Bankers, Banks and Credit Unions and Insurance companies
What we are looking for:
· Passionate about building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems.
· Solid track record of building relationships and collaborating at all levels of the organization.
· Be able to work independently and as part of a TEam in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment.
· Will thrive in late startup culture: Has a growth mindset, resilient, adaptable and curious.
· 5+ years of experience managing the sales cycle within enterprise accounts.
· Consistent overachievement of quota.
· Knowledge of selling into financial services in the mortgage vertical within either banking, credit union, mortgage organizations and insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong understanding of SaaS technology with a consultative sales approach
· Strong negotiation skills
· Understanding of SaaS and/or mortgage banking lending ecosystems as well as insurance
Compensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. The role is also eligible to receive commissions based on achievement of an assigned quota. As an employee of the company, you will be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.
