About the role
As an (Enterprise) Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving GoodHabitz's growth in large enterprises. Your ability to forge relationships and navigate complex decision-making processes will be essential. You’ll engage with organizations across various sectors and get them genuinely excited about our learning solutions.

This is what you’ll be doing

  • Generate high-quality leads through strategic networking and direct outreach, leveraging your expertise in enterprise sales.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, crafting bespoke solutions that address their learning and development needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that resonate with potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging and refine offerings based on client feedback.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients.
Requirements

Our match

You're a driven Account Executive with extensive experience in enterprise sales, capable of navigating the complexities of large organizations. You possess a deep understanding of your clients' needs, allowing you to effectively position our innovative learning solutions.

You are results-oriented, strategic in your approach, and possess exceptional communication skills which foster strong, long-lasting relationships.

Furthermore, you have the following desirable qualifications:

  • A proven track record with 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to close complex deals.
  • Strong understanding of the Learning and Development landscape, preferably with a SaaS background.
  • Fluent (native) in the local language and have a strong command of both written and spoken English.
  • A robust network in the L&D and HR space within large organizations is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team-oriented environment.
