Description
Role purpose: An RU Sales Representative will contact prospects who are Property Managers / Agencies in the short term rental industry.
New business acquisition; thorough investigation allows you to guide and adapt our solution to the prospect’s needs, presenting DEMOS of our platform & services, resulting in quality lead conversions into signing final contracts. This position will require a consultative approach and excellent profiling skills in order to build long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Market research - Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and needs & Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/service
- Deliver proposal - Setting up meetings with the prospective clients & Presenting product/service demonstrations
- Relationship management - Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key clients, Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other teams in the organisation to achieve better results & Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams
- Negotiation - Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization
- Sales performance - Sales reporting and reviewing performance & Working towards achieving the sales target
- Data management - Keep a record of the prospects and leads in our database & Work with our CRM system and organize the daily records in order to keep the track of the full sales cycle
- Networking - Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels, Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development & Establishing new business links
Key Performance Indicators: Quarterly and Monthly Recurring Revenue (QRR and MRR)
Requirements
Required education and experience:
- Proficiency in English
- Prior sales experience
- Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
- Faster learning ability and passion for sales

Preferred Education and experience:
- Understanding of the short term rental industry, Property Management Software, Vacation Rental Sites, or Online Travel agencies
- Spanish, French or other languages
- Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage
