We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager specialised in AI to join the Consultation Assistant team.
As a Product Manager for this team, your mission is to define, prioritise, and manage the value of this AI product for healthcare professionals.
You will have the opportunity to work on the launch and adaptation of this product to the German market as well as working on a set of strategic features, like addressing or anamnesis assistants.
What you’ll do
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Understand users needs and make sure products deliver expected impact :
- Continuously connect with end-users and evaluate AI products to ensure they meet the organisation's evolving needs
- Lead scoping, explorations and work closely with stakeholders and ML/AI teams to ensure that AI products deliver the expected impact
- Identify opportunities to advise/guide users when leveraging complex AI products
- Define AI products vision and set up roadmap :
- Build long-term AI product vision that will guide all product development efforts
- Contribute to OKRs definition
- Implement a product management approach to all AI products to optimise user satisfaction, impact and scalability of products
- Define and prioritise solutions
- Define a roadmap that will achieve vision, by working with AI, Data and software teams, and stakeholders such as medical experts
- Contribute to short/mid-term prioritisation, consulting with stakeholders and AI & Data teams, and find the right resources to develop AI products
- Communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, to ensure that everyone is aligned on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Exchange with tech leads on the delivery of their teams.
- Identify and approach M&A opportunities, in particular for AI and HeathTech start-ups
- Analyse the competitive landscape
- Approach potential partners and/or acquisition targets, representing the company as a whole
- Work hand in hand with the M&A support team to close acquisition deals
Our Technical environment :
- Leading generative AI models, such as OpenAI’s GPTs, Whisper, and Mistral
- ML libraries in Python (no technical knowledge required)
- TypeScript and Ruby for software (no technical knowledge required)
Who you are
- Must have :
- German proficiency - to make the launch of our app in Germany a success
- Strong expertise in Product Management including ML and AI features
- Real appetite and curiosity for AI's latest innovations (GenAI, LLM, NLP, recommendations systems…)
- Strong understanding of AI and data delivery constraints, and how to deliver value the fastest
- Nice to have have :
- French speaker
- Experience in Healthtech companies
