About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Trainee at Magna Lighting Czech! This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of automotive lighting.
Your Responsibilities

  • Optical Engineering Exposure: Learn the fundamentals of optical engineering and understand the role of an optical engineer in the automotive industry.
  • Development Processes: Get acquainted with basic development procedures, including design, prototyping, and testing of lighting products.
  • Product Validation: Participate in product validation processes in our state-of-the-art laboratory, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate in the creation of innovative lighting concepts and applications, contributing to the future of automotive lighting.
  • Standards Preparation: Assist in the preparation and implementation of industry standards, ensuring our products comply with regulatory requirements.


Who we are looking for

  • Education: This program is intended for students from technical universities.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English at a very good communicative level.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of ray optics, 3D CAD software, and programming languages is highly desirable.
  • Driver's License: A valid category B driver's license is desirable.
