About this role :
We are currently looking for an Engineering Quality Manager to join our Quality team based in Grenoble. As such, you will build and manage the entire engineering quality team and support product and process departments in deploying design-to-quality processes.
You and your team will give support to technical teams in understanding and applying Verkor APQP standards. You will fully design, develop, and maintain best-in-class quality laboratories for our innovation center & Gigafactory, which will support production and product and process validation. You will also work with our Product and Process teams to develop and deploy product and process validation processes
Responsibilities :
- Create and Manage the engineering quality team
- Support the deployment of design-to-quality processes
- Design QC Lab (VIC and Gigafactory) and build Metrology team
- Support production and product/process validation
- Maintain gauges, measurement tools and equipment
- Watching product safety regulations and controlling equipments
Qualifications and skills :
- Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree
- 8+ years of experience in product quality (product validation, Metrology, SPC)
- 5 years of experience with battery or automotive processes
- Experience with batteries cell production
- Management of small teams
- Professional English and French
