KBR is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to support a new team being formed under the Science and Space division. In this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day work of a small team involved in the development of small prototyping and rapid response projects in support of the NOAA/NASA GeoXO Program. As part of your work, you will be responsible for recruiting and oversight of an apprenticeship program, as well as serving as the subject matter expert for communications and analytics.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Education: Masters Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or similar field with over 7 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience with workforce communications and analytics
- Demonstrated experience with development and maintenance of Customer Relations Management Databases
- Demonstrated experience with project portfolio management
Basic Compensation:
$120,800.00 - $181,100.00
This range is for the Maryland area only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
