Engineering Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Ensure technical accuracy and quality of the team’s work.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management or a similar role.
• Strong technical background in [specific engineering field].
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
