About the Team

Our engineering organization is made up of talented people with diverse technical backgrounds. We build modern software using modern techniques such as pairing, test-driven development, continuous delivery, DevOps, using an event-driven and service-oriented architecture. Our team thrives on partnerships with leadership and peers across the company, which enables us to create high-value solutions to clearly identified problems. The New Client Experience/Client Onboarding team is focused on acquiring and retaining new clients by creating an engaging and seamless onboarding experience that demonstrates our unique value proposition, builds confidence in our service, and sets them up for success within our ecosystem. We operate in an agile-inspired manner and are fully remote, collaborating across multiple time zones. Our team brings together engineering, product management, data science, UX design, finance, enterprise analytics, and more to enable great client outcomes. We also work hard to balance product feature work with technical investments which deliver measurable results over time.

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.

Salary Range

$157,800$232,000 USD
