Your role:

• Take part in designing, scoping, developing, and maintaining features and components.
• Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.
• Delegate tasks and achieving daily, weekly, quarterly goals.
• Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to deliver quality timely outcomes.
• Assist in management, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and keeping management updated on team performance.
• Perform code-reviews to identify potential issues or alternative solutions.
• Manage the product backlog with the help of the Product Owners.
• Proactively propose improvement plans and best practices.
• Focus on enabling developer productivity and improving operational efficiency.
• Monitor specific KPIs to ensure the proper delivery of the business.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• 2+ years of experience leading a team of 5-10 people.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and Platform Engineering principles.
• Experience with AWS, Containers/Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD and GitOps principles.
• Extensive understanding of architectural styles and design patterns.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with SRE and DORA metrics.
• Superior interpersonal communication skills.
• Passionate engineering manager seeking for hands-on role

Desired (but not essential):

• Previous experience with building Internal Developer Platforms/Portals (IDPs).
• Experience in FinTech.
• Experience with decentralized IT and distributed systems.
• A good understanding of the blockchain technology and the digital assets space.
• Passion for innovation and disruption in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Certification in AWS, Kubernetes
