Brief Job Description:
The Test Development Engineer will be responsible for designing/developing high-performance test solutions on Automated Test Equipment (ATE), silicon verification, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing release of Digital Healthcare products. The scope of work is not limited to the following:

Work with design engineers to define/develop test methodologies and test plans for both the analog and digital domains.

Design, develop, and debug robust and cost-effective H/W and S/W solutions for characterization, qualification for production wafer probe, and final test.

Work with design and product evaluation engineers to validate and correlate measurements with respect to expected simulation and datasheet specifications.

Manage and maintain project schedules that align with target release dates.

Early engagement with other cross-functional teams on readiness items is needed to ensure successful product release.

Enjoy collaboration and work in mixed culture environments and different time zones.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree is a plus) in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering.

With 2+ years of Test Development Engineer's skill set and experience in the following: Analog & Digital circuit analysis, ATE H/W and S/W development and design on NI-STS/Teradyne Microflex/Ultraflex platform, Cadence Allegro schematic and layout tool, Visual Basic or C/C++ programming language, creation of test plans and test method generation, final silicon qualification and evaluation, fuse characterization and test limit.

Strong electronics foundation and technical background in analog and digital circuits, especially on ADCs, AFE, mixed-signal, and digital I/O circuit blocks.

Knows and developed ATE test blocks programming for different test parameters

Understands and knows the schematic and layout considerations and critical specs of the components

Knowledgeable and has experience with different data analysis tools such as Exensio, JMP, and others; has created automated data analysis and can conclude out of the said data

Has initiative to lead and has good collaboration with cross-functional teams

Willing to attend some meetings at night and can adapt quickly to the DHC work environment
