Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Enterprise Technical Engineer – Infor and FSM is to provide support across the entire business unit, while specializing as SMEs for Infor CloudSuite (FSM) and integrations to/from 3rd party business units, such as, banking, finance, management and compliance. Daily maintenance and monitoring, user and security administration, and L2/L3 operational support of incident resolution are key operational elements to this role. Assessment of new business requirements for the product, and development of application enhancements and integrations using Infor, Ariba, and native development tools. This role is part of an Infor support team and will involve both collaborative and self-directed work tasks.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures. All Las Vegas Sands Corp. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Administer, configure, integrate, and support all aspects of the Infor Cloudsuite FSM application.

Monitor system performance and processes on the Infor Cloudsuite FSM platform.

Manage identity and role-based access for end-user and security Administration.

Proactively identify gaps, risks and issues and escalate to management accordingly in a “Run, Maintain, Sustain” environment.

Support, troubleshoot, enhance and develop custom processes and security within the Infor FSM application.

Support, troubleshoot, enhance and develop integrations between Infor FSM and external systems.
-
Partner with IT and 3rd party resources on design, development and deployment of enterprise level software solutions, and integrations in the Azure IaaS and PaaS environment.

Ensure configurations and integrations for application services are in accordance with company security guidelines and best practice.

Collaborate with Finance teams to build, test and roll-out system enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications
-
At least 21 years of age.
-
Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
-
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.

5-10 years of relevant work experience.
-
Proficiency in scripting with tools such as PowerShell, Java, and Python.

Knowledge of compliance regulations such as: PCI and SOX.

Demonstrated experience in analyzing qualitative data as well as exceptional analytical, statistical, quantitative, and deduction skills.

Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
Required SkillsCandidates should demonstrate technical acumen across several of these disciplines:

Strong knowledge of Infor Cloudsuite FSM or Lawson application software (GL, AP, AR, etc.)

Ability to administer security access and roles for ERP in a cloud environment

Experience with integration automation to third party products utilizing encryption

Level 2 and 3 support for Financial Systems (GL, AP, AR, etc.)

BIRST or BI experience (i.e. PowerBI)
