What You’ll Do:
Application Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java (Java 8+) and Spring Boot.
- Implement robust APIs and microservices adhering to best practices.
Cloud and Deployment:
- Build, deploy, and manage applications on AWS cloud services.
- Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and scaling.
- Create and manage Docker containers for application packaging and deployment.
Technical Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Guide and mentor junior team members on best practices and technical approaches.
Multithreading and Performance Optimization:
- Write efficient multithreaded code to handle concurrent processes.
- Optimize performance for low-latency, high-throughput applications.
Tools and Technologies:
- Work with tools like Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments.
- Integrate monitoring and logging tools to ensure application health and debugging efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Java (Java 8+) with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and its ecosystem.
- Solid knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and parallel processing.
Deployment Technologies:
- 7-10 Years of experience in Backend Development
- Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
- Expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Familiarity with Docker for containerization.
Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Experience with debugging and performance optimization tools.
Team Collaboration:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work within agile development teams.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with Reactive Programming and asynchronous processing.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
